Terms of Service

SuiteRoad is operated by GRAMPSAID LLC, Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and GRAMPSAID LLC for the use of SuiteRoad at https://suiteroad.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you use SuiteRoad for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. What SuiteRoad does

SuiteRoad lets you ("Creator") publish a page, usually linked from your Instagram bio, where an AI assistant answers your visitors in your voice, shows buttons you choose (booking, shop, links, sign-up forms) and collects the contact details visitors decide to share. You see conversations and leads in your dashboard.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Give accurate information and keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Only create a page for an Instagram account, brand or business you own or are authorised to represent. Pages that impersonate someone else will be removed.
• We may limit the number of accounts created from the same network to prevent abuse.

3. Your content and your visitors' data

• You own what you put into SuiteRoad: your texts, answers, links, photos and instructions. You give us a licence to host, process and display it only to run the service.
• When we pre-fill your page, we read the public information of the Instagram handle you enter (name, photo, bio, public links and recent captions). Only enter your own handle.
• For the personal data your visitors share with your assistant (messages, email, phone, Instagram handle…), you are the controller and SuiteRoad is your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact them and for honouring their requests (for example deleting their details). We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which acts as our data processing terms with you.
• Don't use leads for spam or sell them. Follow the laws that apply to your marketing (for example consent rules for newsletters).

4. The AI assistant

• Replies are generated by AI from the information you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong. We instruct the assistant not to invent prices or offers, but you remain responsible for what your page says: keep your information accurate and review your conversations.
• Don't use SuiteRoad to give medical, legal or financial advice that people rely on without a professional, or for anything that requires a licence you don't have.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SuiteRoad to: break the law; deceive, harass or harm people; promote violence, hate or sexual content involving minors; distribute malware or spam; collect sensitive data (health, finances, ID numbers) through the assistant; overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or get around plan limits (for example by automating conversations). We may suspend pages or accounts that do.

6. Plans, limits and billing

• The Free plan and Pro plan each include a monthly number of AI replies shown on our pricing. To keep the service fair and sustainable, each plan also has fair-use limits (per visitor, per network and per month). When a limit is reached, your page keeps working with its buttons and forms, and the assistant asks visitors to leave their contact instead of answering.
• Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel in Settings → Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SuiteRoad online but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features that rely on third parties (Instagram, AI providers, payment and email services) may change or stop. We may improve or modify the service; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This deletes your page, conversations and leads. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, with notice when reasonably possible.

9. Our intellectual property

SuiteRoad, its software, design and brand belong to GRAMPSAID LLC. The "Made with SuiteRoad" credit on free pages may not be removed or hidden.

10. Disclaimers and liability

SuiteRoad is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your content, your use of visitors' data or your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use SuiteRoad after that means you accept the new terms.
